Shipping & Returns
We ship orders to virtually every country in the world. All wholesale orders will be processed on the same or following business day. You will receive an email confirmation including your tracking code once the order has been shipped.
Registered Airmail is most economical for shipments under 2KG (4.4 lbs). Delivery time is usually around 1-3 weeks to most countries (Canada, UK, Germany, Central America and South America might take up to 8 weeks). Unfortunately in some countries (including UK, Australia, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Canada, Central America & South America) the Postal Services do not offer online tracking after the order has arrived to the destination country.
EMS - EXPRESS MAIL
Delivery time: normally 7-10 days, depending on destination.
Express Mail shipments will be delivered to the nearest post office. The tracking code will be sent to you by email after the order has been shipped. You can track the order via your local post office website once the order has arrived to your country. Please note that during holidays and other peak shipping seasons the delivery time may be longer than the estimated.

Courier shipments will be delivered directly to your selected shipping address. The tracking code will be sent to you by email after the order has been shipped. You can track the order on the courier's website. Please note that during holidays and other peak shipping seasons the delivery time may be longer than the estimated.
AIR & SEA CARGO
If your order is large (over 30KG / 88 lbs) you can choose to receive it via Air or Sea cargo. We will first pack you order and then send you the shipping options and prices to choose from.

Duties & taxes
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong. Your order may be subject to tariffs, duties and value added tax (VAT) when it arrives to your country. These costs are not included in the product prices. When ordering candies and snacks, please make sure that you are able to import them. You can contact your local customs office for more information.
We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchases, you can exchange them for a replacement within 30 days of receiving them. If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, we will replace it anytime.
